## Purpose

The goal of this class is to assist students in developing skills, techniques and strategies for problem solving. These skills will be needed for future advanced math and science classes. Thus there needs to be mastery, which only comes from practice and a lot of it.

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Mistakes are a regular part of learning algebra and you must correct your errors in order to learn from your mistakes.
